Biswanath, March 15: The All Assam Gorkha StudentsтАЩ Union (AAGSU) Biswanath College Unit has announced the organization of an Online Dance Competition 2026 with the objective of encouraging creativity and showcasing the dancing talents of students studying at Biswanath College. The competition will be conducted through an online platform, providing students with an opportunity to present their artistic skills and cultural talent.
According to the organizers, the initiative aims to create a platform where students can confidently express their passion for dance and participate in a healthy cultural activity. In the present time, such programs play an important role in motivating students to explore their creative abilities beyond academics. The organizers believe that this competition will help bring out the hidden talents of many students and inspire them to participate more actively in cultural events.
As per the guidelines set by the organizing committee, participants are allowed to perform any dance form on any song of their choice. The performance must be recorded in a one-minute video, which will be submitted online. The competition will be strictly a solo performance, and each participant will be allowed to submit only one entry.
Participants are required to submit their name and class details along with the video while sending their entry. The organizers have also mentioned that the video should be clearly recorded and properly presented to ensure fair evaluation of the performances.

To motivate participants, the organizing committee has announced that the winner of the competition will receive a cash reward along with an exclusive gift hamper. The organizers expressed hope that the event will encourage students to confidently showcase their talents and strengthen their interest in cultural activities.
