The entry or joining fee for participating teams has been fixed at тВ╣1,111, making it accessible for village-level teams while ensuring smooth organisation of the event. The organisers have informed that the matches will be played following standard cricket rules, and efforts will be made to maintain discipline, fairness and a competitive spirit on and off the field. Local volunteers and members of AAGSU, Pub Defeli Anchalik Committee, will be actively involved in managing the tournament, ensuring proper arrangements for players, officials and spectators.

The tournament venue, Bholajhar Bangalipara High School playground, has been selected due to its central location and suitability for hosting inter-village sporting events. Necessary preparations are underway to ensure that the ground is well maintained and that basic facilities are available during the tournament period. The organisers have also appealed to local residents, sports lovers and well-wishers to extend their cooperation and support to make the event a grand success.
Members of the All Assam Gorkha StudentsтАЩ Union (AAGSU) emphasised that such sporting initiatives play a vital role in keeping youth away from negative influences and in nurturing discipline, teamwork and leadership qualities. They further added that the memorial tournament is not only a competition but also a platform for social bonding and remembrance of historical contributions.
With the start date set on the nationally significant day of 26 January, the organisers expect strong participation and attendance.
